Modern Afro combines the movement language of traditional African dance with elements of contemporary dance. The class is fast-paced to various ethnic and modern rhythms, and the movement is strongly inspired by music. The class develops coordination, body control and sense of rhythm.
Equipment: Loose-fitting clothing or dance leotard. Bare feet.
